Car Rental Discount Coupon Fiasco

I rented a car a couple of years ago before I had heard about EZ rent a car. We decided to go with alamo because a friend of ours have been nice enough to give us a coupon that gave us a pretty nice discount (or so we thought).

It turned out that we actually didn't end up saving that much money after all. When we got to the counter to pick up the car, after being told everything was cool over the phone, they refused to accept the car rental discount coupon. How outreageous!!!

I was so mad - I felt like walking away. But we were already behind schedule so we decided to suck it up and get the car anyway. God another big mistake. It took FOREVER for them to finally give us the car. I think we would have been better off walking back to the Miami airport terminal to find another car rental company. How frustrating.

Conclusion, before you rent make sure the car rental coupons you have are actually good. If you don,t you might end up regretting it later!
